Ingredients

  • 1.75 pounds (800g) chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Juice of 1 lime and chopped cilantro

Instructions

    Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning.

    Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over high heat until it shimmers.

    Sear the chicken in one layer for 4 minutes without moving it, then stir and cook 3 minutes more. Remove.
